Operating Sales Partner Opportunity | B2B Facility Solutions
Are you an experienced business leader looking for a scalable B2B opportunity? City Wide Facility Solutions offers an established franchise model in the building maintenance industry, designed for entrepreneurs who want to build recurring revenue through commercial client relationships and a network of independent contractors.
City Wide is expanding its footprint into Salt Lake City North, Ogden and Layton! This is a great opportunity within an established 25 year brand in the US and Canada.

City Wide Facility Solutions - Salt Lake City is expanding north and seeking an operating partner for this adjacent territory. This will be a 20% ownership opportunity with full management duties that include running the day to day sales and operations. The territory will cover north Salt Lake City, Layton and Ogden.
City Wide serves as a single point of contact for commercial clients, helping simplify facility management while creating a scalable business opportunity for franchise owners. With a model centered on client retention, multiple revenue streams, and long-term growth, this is a compelling option for candidates seeking a professional franchise in an essential industry.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented.
- 5-10+ years of sales and/or business development leadership experience.
- Professional leadership or management background preferred.
- Interest in B2B services and franchise ownership.
- Financial qualifications to be discussed with the franchise team.
