As a warehouse Operational Administration (m/f/d), you will be part of our Operations Support Team. Are you interested in helping us build a new logistics site? Then apply now!
Your future responsibilities:
- Checking entries for missing or excess quantities, items, and delivery notes in the warehouse management system
- Processing clarification requests, damage claims, and cases of missing or excess quantities
- Processing delivery notes
- Scheduling
- Coordinating with external partners
- Documenting processes
What we're looking for:
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong numerical skills and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in German and English is a plus
