Job MissionThe PMO role supports cross sector strategic projects in Wilton Factory by executing standardized program and project management processes, ensuring data driven transparency, and enabling effective decision making. The role focuses on governance, reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement to ensure high quality delivery of program objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnable effective decision making by providing transparent, timely, and accurate program and project information. Support Project and Program Leads in securing quality project outcomes through:

" Schedule tracking and milestone management" Resource and capacity visibility" Scope definition and change control" Risk and dependency identification and mitigation" Preparation of management presentations and decision materialsPrepare, organize, and facilitate workshops together with the Project or Program Manager (e.g., planning sessions, risk workshops, alignment meetings).

Maintain structured communication channels with on site and off site stakeholders, ensuring consistent progress updates and alignment across teams and time zones.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness ofways of working, governance, and reporting within the Wilton organization and beyond.

Apply and reinforce PMO standards and methodologies, ensuring consistency across projects and clusters within the program.

Education & ExperienceBachelor s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in:" Business Administration" ManagementContextIndividual contributor, acts within a specific area within a business program with limited resources and medium complexity scope, with guidance from a manager.Knowledge and SkillsPMO FoundationUnderstands the PMO core role (triple constraint, PGP, PMO processes) and is able to explain this to colleagues.Project Management Methodology (PMM)Is aware of the steps and phases of project management methodologies and applies this to own area of expertise.Planning & alignmentAligns robust and flexible plans within PMO and with business stakeholders.Project SchedulingSets up schedules which enable stakeholders to easily acquire the information about project progress.Financial Planning & ControlKnows how to estimate, budget and report project financial resources.Risk and Issue ManagementKnows how to support his / her customer to identify, prioritize and manage risks. Independently supports his/her customer with the IRR risk sheet and the risk management process and applies this to own area of expertise.ReportingProvides stakeholders, within own business context, with clear and timely updates and reports on status, planning, resources, etc.Change ManagementSupports change initiatives by providing analysis or monitoring progress with sponsoring / guidance from a project/program manager.Stakeholder managementHas a clear understanding of the interests, expectations and needs of stakeholders within direct scope. Uses stakeholder insight to steer team discussions, ensuring the balance of different interests.
