Now Hiring: Operations AdministratorLocation: Rhode IslandSchedule: Monday-Friday | Full-TimePay: Competitive, based on experienceWe're looking for a highly organized Operations Administrator to support day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working with multiple departments, and ensuring processes run smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to operations and leadership teams
- Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and track operational data
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date
- Assist with scheduling, inventory tracking, and general office operations
- Support process improvements and administrative projects as needed
- 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or distribution is a plus
