Job Summary

We are seeking a data driven Operations Administrator to support

our high performing teams in Buffalo Grove, IL.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for processing daily operations and documentation of

paperwork, and transactions.

• Collect, analyze, and report to operational data (safety, quality, etc.)
• Helping with safety reports and safety topics.
• Generate process, performance, and status reports; track and manage document numbers.
• Create and maintain specialized catalogs, logs, and project files.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and charts for internal teams.
• May be responsible for the inventory of products to assist the production team.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Provide support to leadership in terms of various processes and status reports.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Advanced Excel knowledge (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Charting/Dashboard Creation).
• Strong data-analysis skills, including the ability to interpret trends and translate data into actionable insights, ideate and propose solutions, as well as manage action trackers.
• Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience
• Minimum 2 years of Manufacturing experience
• Experience working with ERP system (any platform)
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write and type correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to work independently

Pay Range (Applicable to Illinois)

$21.24 USD - $29.20 USD Hourly
