We are searching for a talented full-time Operations and Office Manager who will be the backbone of our operations, keeping everything running smoothly, while ensuring patients receive the exceptional care they deserve. BECOMING OUR OPERATIONS AND OFFICE MANAGER We offer competitive compensation starting at $30 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional commissions. A Closer Look At This Role: Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with just one Saturday shift per month, giving you the freedom to enjoy most weekends off. Each day, you: Coordinate workflows and manage staff schedules so the team works efficiently and patients receive exceptional care. Oversee administrative responsibilities, from keeping office supplies organized to ensuring appointment scheduling runs seamlessly. Manage financial duties, including processing billing, handling insurance claims, and overseeing accounts payable. Track budgets, monitor cash flow, and review financial reports to keep everything on target. Identify opportunities for improvement, share constructive feedback, and work to strengthen team performance. Lead hiring efforts, train new employees, and recruit top talent to maintain a high-performing office. Your leadership ensures the entire practice operates smoothly, creating an environment where both patients and staff thrive.
