Job Title: Operations and Sales Expert - CycleBar Scripps Ranch, San Diego

Location:9860 Hibert Street, Suite C3

Reports To: General Manager

About Us: CycleBar is more than just a fitness studio; we’re a community dedicated to providing a fun and energizing experience for our members. We're seeking a motivated and organized Operations and Sales Expert to join our team and drive cleanlinss and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Sales: Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for memberships.
Revenue Growth: Increasing studio revenue through promotions and events.
Community Outreach: Engage with the local community to promote CycleBar and build relationships with potential members.
Staff Cleanliness: Ensure that the studio is clean and presentable for members.
Studio Communication: Handle studio emails and ensure timely responses to member inquiries.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably (2+ years) in the fitness industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A go-getter attitude with a passion for fitness and community engagement.
