Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support ongoing Operations and Engineering projects, including data collection, analysis, and documentation
Assist with automation-related initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity within current operations
Support project work related to ETO (Engineer-to-Order) inquiries and operational workflows
Assist with the NSF 61 program setup, including documentation support and coordination with internal teams
Contribute to the HOU Fast Lane growth model, supporting process improvements and operational scalability
Help prepare reports, presentations, and tracking tools to support project updates and management reviews
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams on ad hoc improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in manufacturing operations, automation, or continuous improvement
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization concepts (a plus, not required)
