ABOUT NOGIGIDDY

THE ROLE
Behind every smooth-running team is an Operations Coordinator who makes it look easy. At NoGigiddy, you'll keep projects on track, processes organized, and the team moving efficiently across a fast-paced remote environment. No degree required — just exceptional organization, clear communication, and a bias toward getting things done.
• RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinate projects and workflows across departments — content, marketing, partnerships, and support• Maintain project management tools and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and closed• Schedule and facilitate team meetings — set agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items• Identify process inefficiencies and help implement improvements• Manage internal documentation — SOPs, templates, and company wikis• Handle vendor and contractor onboarding and offboarding logistics• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and operational tasks• REQUIREMENTS• No degree required• Exceptional organizational skills — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch• Strong written and verbal communication across a remote team• Proficient with project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)• Proactive and solutions-oriented — you fix problems before they become fires• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean, fast-moving environment• BENEFITS• Hourly pay of $17–$25/hr• Fully remote• High visibility across the entire organization• Growth path into operations management or chief of staff track• Access to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity network
