Job Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily payment activities, including ACH files, check processing, share drafts, exceptions, returns, and mobile/remote deposit capture transactions.
- Identify, research, and resolve transaction errors and exceptions, making accurate adjustments and corrections to ensure balanced and compliant payment processing.
- Maintain compliance with ACH rules, wire procedures, and federal regulations, ensuring accuracy, security, authorization, and authenticity of all payment transactions.
- Provide high-quality member support by responding to inquiries related to check activity, adjustments, and payment issues via phone and in person, taking ownership through resolution.
- Support operational integrity and recordkeeping by maintaining accurate processing records, reconciling reports, and documenting member interactions in internal systems.
- Adhere to internal policies, security protocols, and ethical standards, while collaborating with team members and supporting special projects and ongoing process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service and administrative experience
- Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment
- Basic understanding of accounting princiapals
- Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change
- Ability to communication, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
