Salary Range: $120k Orlando/Tampa based preferred, but open to candidates in the Southeast with the ability to travel frequently.Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with General Managers and local teams to support operational and financial performance*
• Identify inefficiencies and help implement process improvements across locations*
• Analyze key metrics (including AR, billing, and revenue trends) to identify issues and opportunities*
• Support accurate financial reporting by ensuring operational activities flow cleanly into the numbers*
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to improve processes and reporting accuracy*
• Help standardize best practices across multiple locations*
• Travel regularly to locations to build relationships and support execution

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field*
• 4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or business analysis*
• Strong understanding of how business operations impact financial performance*
• Experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations*
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and take initiative*
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations and/or finance teams*
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams
