You will be responsible for identifying and resolving errors, reviewing high-risk transactions, and maintaining strict adherence to established procedures. The position requires a keen eye for detail to prevent payment returns and uphold customer satisfactionKey Responsibilities:
- Process wire repairs and exceptions.
- Review risk queues for potential issues.
- Monitor and process approval emails.
- Handle duplicate payment investigations.
- Ensure quality control for wire transfers.
- 6 months minimum wire processing experience.
- Strong understanding of wire operations.
- Experience in financial services, specifically in payment processing or banking operations, is highly preferred.
