Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Jacksonville, FL. Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, supervise and support staff, and manage resources effectively to meet both short and long term organizational objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, monitor operational performance, implementing process improvements, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves collaborating with management to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to optimize operational efficiency.

- Strong Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Operations management experience, including process improvement and resource management
- Lean Process Skills and Mindset
- Effective organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for inventory and operations management
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations within operations
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the home storage, custom furniture or interior design industry is a plus
