Job Description

An Environmental Services company in the Southeast is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in the Southeast.

Location: Onsite | Alabama/Florida (Southeast Territory)

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 + Quarterly Bonus

We're Looking For:

Well-rounded operations leader
KPI-driven with a strong operational mindset
Able to communicate confidently with both executive leadership and technical teams
Experience managing Service P&L
Passion for developing teams and driving performance

What You'll Do:

Lead and support multiple shop locations across the Southeast
Oversee both small (3-person) and large (10-person) teams
Partner laterally with the VP of Parts to optimize operations
Drive operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the territory
