We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits through a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. Each patient is treated with compassion and respect at Harmony United Psychiatric Care.  We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patients' needs.Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our Operations team, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), transition management, and business expansion. This individual will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities, while ensuring the seamless integration of newly acquired practices into existing operations. The role involves coordinating due diligence activities, supporting the onboarding and transition of acquired entities, and aligning operational workflows with company standards and best practices. The Operations Manager will also contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at driving expansion, increasing market penetration, and supporting long-term organizational growth. Additionally, this position will actively support the organization’s expansion across the state by contributing to client acquisition efforts, building strong relationships with potential partners, and identifying new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will drive performance improvement initiatives and streamline operational processes to enable scalable, efficient, and sustainable growth.Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare operations domain, including at least 3 years as a managerial role, with a proven track record of driving successful strategies.
  • Candidate must have a master’s degree.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, compliance standards, and productivity metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Planning, developing, and overseeing Company’s operations and team functions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and assess potential acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships across the country.
  • Lead and support end-to-end mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activities, including initial evaluation, due diligence coordination, and operational readiness.
  • Manage the transition and integration process for newly acquired practices, ensuring minimal disruption to operations, staff, and patient/client experience.
  • Support client acquisition and business development initiatives, including building relationships with potential partners, providers, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement standardized onboarding and integration plans for acquired entities, aligning them with company policies, systems, and workflows.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and operational standards across all locations, including newly acquired entities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives focused on expansion, market penetration, and long-term growth.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and audits post-integration to ensure successful adoption of systems, workflows, and organizational standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to on-site teams during transition phases, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Conduct internal meetings engaging in leading a solutions-oriented approach to improve transition of care, co-ordination, and healthcare delivery system, and guide providers as it relates to timely reports, authorizations, and requirements.

Work Schedule
  • Four 10hr shifts per week (Monday – Thursday)
  • Offices open Monday-Thursday
