Make a Difference as an Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations related to telecom project execution, network deployment, and service delivery. Your role will be critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Lead operational meetings to review project status, field performance, and service metrics
• Oversee telecom projects including fiber builds, network installations, and maintenance operations
• Coordinate with field teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
• Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and project timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Partner with clients to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across teams

Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, with flexibility as needed to support field operations and project demands.
