Job DetailsWe are seeking a Senior Operations Leader to oversee all day-to-day operations of our growing commercial roofing business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple crews, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget, and building the structure needed to support our continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll balance field oversight, operational planning, and business management.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across 4–6 roofing crews and 30+ employees.
• Manage project scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company quality control practices.
• Work closely with project managers and foremen to drive efficiency and accountability.
• Support estimating, budgeting, and job costing to maximize profitability.
• Develop processes and systems to streamline operations as the company scales.
• Mentor and build up the leadership team within the field and office.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple crews or large teams.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, repairs, and installations.
• Solid understanding of project financials, budgets, and contracts.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training strongly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
