Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager for our Roofing division in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about roofing, construction, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing, sales, roof inspections, and providing accurate roof estimates. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.Responsibilities:As the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:1. Overseeing the daily operations of the roofing division, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.2. Leading and managing a team of roofing professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.3. Conducting regular roof inspections and providing accurate roof estimates.4. Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency in the roofing division.5. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.6. Ensuring all operations comply with industry safety standards and regulations.7. Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.8. Resolving any operational issues that may arise, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.9. Providing regular reports on operational performance to senior management.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this role will have:1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction, project management, and commercial roofing.2. Proven experience in sales and providing roof estimates.3.
