This role is critical in leading and coordinating the efforts of our manufacturing team to achieve operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring that our processes are running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our company.Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Lead, direct, and manage all manufacturing operations staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• Conduct regular audits of operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Supply Chain and Quality Control, to ensure smooth operation across the company.
• Monitor operational costs, implementing cost-effective solutions where necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals and develop strategic plans.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and improving operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and cost optimization.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and handle complex operational issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
• A strong commitment to health and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in Operations Management or related field will be a plus.
