This role is critical in leading and coordinating the efforts of our manufacturing team to achieve operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring that our processes are running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our company.Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, direct, and manage all manufacturing operations staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Conduct regular audits of operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
