Operations Manager

Full Time | Houma, LA

$100,000 - $120,000/year + performance bonuses

Oneway AC is a growing service company providing HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration solutions across residential and commercial markets. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a hands-on operational leader who wants the freedom to implement ideas, improve systems, and directly influence company growth. This is not a maintenance role - you'll have the opportunity to build, optimize, and lead.

What You'll Own

Oversee daily operations across service, installation, and admin teams
Build and improve workflows, processes, and internal systems
Drive revenue growth through KPIs, accountability, and performance tracking
Lead, mentor, and develop team members and department heads
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
Improve job costing, margins, and operational efficiency
Ensure strong customer experience and service standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of leadership or operations management experience
Strong background in service-based or mechanical industries (HVAC preferred)
Proven ability to build teams and improve performance
Experience with KPIs, financials, and operational strategy
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
