This is a full-time, in-office (no hybrid/remote) role off Windward Parkway in Alpharetta.

We're looking for an Operations Manager (but don't let the title scare you off - the personal fit is our primary focus, regardless of your background).  We want someone who is obsessive about details, unapologetically protective of customers, data-driven, and tough enough to stand their ground when it counts (read: you can be an asshole when needed).

We'll teach you the cybersecurity industry, but we cannot teach grit, professionalism, backbone, or intensity. That part needs to come from you.

This will likely be the most fun, challenging, and rewarding job you've ever had.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Running day-to-day operations like a control tower (super organized)

• Protecting our customers like it's personal.  You'll be responsible for their success.

• Managing a small overseas team (yes, sometimes that means late night calls)

• Tracking metrics and improving systems constantly

• Writing clear, polished communication: no sloppy grammar, no chaos.  Yu nead to spel reel gud.

• Catching issues before they become problems

• Be creative! Finding workarounds or shortcuts to get things done

• Fixing broken processes instead of complaining about them

This is not a "keep things warm" role. This is a build, optimize, defend, improve role.

• Experience managing remote or overseas contractors

• Experience in the SaaS/tech/cybersecurity space
