What You Will Do
As our Operations Manager, you'll help ensure every client experience runs smoothly from submission to funding.
You'll:
- Support underwriting and deal structuring alongside the CEO.
- Coordinate funding pipelines and lender communications.
- Improve operational workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor Salesforce, reporting, and operational data accuracy.
- Lead daily operational rhythms and support team accountability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Processing, and Leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences.
