Schedule
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
What You'll Do
Oversee all daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly experience
Lead, coach, and support a strong front office and clinical team
Drive production, schedule optimization, and financial performance
Manage AR, collections, insurance processing, and treatment coordination
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company standards
Create a warm, positive culture rooted in trust, communication, and accountability
Who We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in a Dental Office Manager or advanced front office leadership role
Stable work history with tenure at the same practice or group strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of dental insurance, billing, treatment coordination, and scheduling
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with dental software (Denticon experience is a plus)
Someone who leads with integrity, empathy, and energy
