About the Role

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking an experienced and service-driven Operations Manager to support the daily operations of a luxury condominium community. This role partners closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional resident experiences, operational excellence, and high service standards across all areas of the property.

The Operations Manager will oversee front desk, housekeeping, and garage operations while leading a team dedicated to delivering a seamless and personalized resident experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, organized problem-solver, and hospitality-focused professional with experience managing teams in a residential, hotel, or service-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Supervise and support Front Desk Concierge, Housekeeping, and Garage teams.
  • Coach, train, and mentor team members to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Provide front desk coverage when needed to support business operations.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive resident-focused culture.

Resident Experience & Community Operations

  • Support new resident orientations, property tours, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage resident requests, administrative processes, and operational follow-up with the General Manager.
  • Ensure resident information is accurate and updated within BuildingLink.
  • Oversee access control processes, including FOB issuance, tracking, and related billing.
  • Coordinate move-in/move-out documentation, deposits, construction requirements, and community policies.

Administrative & Property Management Support

  • Assist the General Manager with reports, projects, meetings, and operational initiatives.
  • Support HOA operations, including compliance with community policies and procedures.
  • Manage property administrative processes including leases, renovations, and resident documentation.
  • Support Board meetings, work sessions, Town Halls, and annual meetings.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Vantaca, including billing inquiries, accounts receivable support, special assessments, vendor compliance, and invoice processes.

Community Engagement

  • Support planning and coordination of resident events while tracking expenses against budget.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and internal teams through professional communication and exceptional service.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

  • Associate degree from an accredited institution required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in property management, hospitality, luxury residential, or a related service environment.
  • Previous leadership or team supervision experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and resident relations skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with property management systems such as Vantaca and BuildingLink preferred.
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
