They work closely with others on their team to provide ongoing administrative and operational support. The Operations Specialist is a liaison between the home office, financial advisor and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesInsurance Support
- Maintain client case files through e-filing into CRM (Client Relationship Management software system for details)
- Process incoming non-securities/securities address and beneficiary changes
- Provide possible administration support for insurance processing
- New and existing investment account document management, and service processing
- Tasks tracked in CRM (Client Relationship Management software system for details)
- Client document follow up as necessary
- Online client service and navigation
- Investment research assistance
- Scanning documentation for back up
- Microsoft Office experience
- Experience in administrative support or customer service
- Obtain Life & Health, SIE, & Series licenses within six months of employment
- Financial Services industry experience
- Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance
