Operations Supervisor $20Hr To $23Hr DOE And QTR Bonus (Grr).

ODORZX INC. is hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily carwash and detailing operations at our GRR site. This hands-on role requires a dependable leader who can manage a team, maintain service quality, and keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, coordinate assignments, and maintain workflow to meet client needs and company standards.
• Lead, train, and coach carwash and detailing technicians, setting clear expectations for productivity, quality, and professionalism.
• Inspect vehicles to verify cleaning and detailing standards are met and address deficiencies promptly.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, detailing products, and equipment; coordinate replenishment and report maintenance needs.
• Enforce safety procedures and proper use of equipment and cleaning products.
• Address client questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed.
• Partner with management to improve efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate operational records, tracking sheets, attendance documentation, and employee performance records.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Workdays: Thursday through Monday
• Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday
• Nights and weekends are required.

• Previous supervisory experience in carwash, detailing, or a related field.
• Ability to lead, train, and hold team members accountable for quality, productivity, and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize assignments and meet operational deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a consistent commitment to service quality.
• Working knowledge of vehicle cleaning and detailing techniques, equipment, products, and safe handling practices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to resolve concerns professionally.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer applications for maintaining records, preparing reports, and tracking operational performance.
• Availability to work Thursday through Monday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, including nights and weekends. Scheduled days off are Tuesday and Wednesday.
