Job OverviewJoin our team in Columbus, NE, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to take on the challenge of producing quality products and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Operate equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality products.
Conduct quality checks, changeovers, and perform SAP data entries.
Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to maximize effectiveness and achieve production goals.
Maintain compliance with quality systems, policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Participate in cross-training within the department to support business needs.
Maintain all quality and GMP standards.
Engage in the BDA process to identify root causes and drive department results by reducing downtime.
Ensure the quality of all products produced and perform designated quality checks.
Perform routine production functions such as filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting.

Education and Experience

High School diploma/GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with MES and precision measuring instruments is an advantage.

Skills and Abilities

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team atmosphere.
Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness and ability to train others.
Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Basic math skills and ability to interpret specifications in English.

Additional DetailsPay Rate includes a shift differential. D Shift Scheduled Hours are from 6: 00PM - 6: 00AM on alternating days. Candidates must be flexible and open to working overtime on weekends when requested due to business needs. High school or GED is not required, and background checks are conducted without drug screening.
