We don’t want to “slow down”on interviewing, but please note that we’re currently interviewing for Operator positions with start dates no sooner than Monday, April 6. I’ve updated the Calendly scheduling app to reference that fact, too. Calendly - Kendall Austin Stulce (he/him/his)Thanks!  Dover, NH is seeking individuals for Full-time Production Operator Positions. ·    These positions require the ability to read and interpret detailed work instructions to build, inspect and test electronic components. ·    The work may include the assembly of intricate parts under a microscope. The position requires a steady hand and good hand coordination.·    The ideal candidate will enjoy hobbies such as sewing, needlepoint, crafting, or working with small components, and microscopes. ·    Must demonstrate a continuous work history with excellent attendance. You will work in a team environment where good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Working Hours: Full time 6 am-2: 30 pm or 7: 00 am-3: 30 pmPlease be sure to remind candidates about these interview guidelines: 

1. Please emphasize [1] that our parts are quite small (often the size of a quarter or smaller) and require lots of hands-on assembly, [2] that hand-eye coordination and magnification use are very important, and [3] that the ability to follow very detailed Work Instructions is required. 

2. Please tell the candidate to expect to be on-site for one hour and that she/he/they likely will meet with Lisa Braley, Production Supervisor;Tony Hall, Production Manager;and Kendall Austin Stulce, Human Resources Manager. 

3. Please have the candidate call Kendall in Human Resources at 8844 from the front lobby wall telephone no earlier than 5 minutes before the interview appointment. 

4. Since most of our interviews end with a tour of the Production Floor, please ask candidates to wear appropriate shoes. These are considered inappropriate for the Floor: open-toed shoes, heels, clogs or clog-style shoes, flip flops, sandals, or moccasin-type shoes. 

5. We provide protective eyewear for the tour and a guest locker for personal belongings. 

Please note that Google recently started incorrectly displaying our address as 60 Tri City Road in Somersworth. We’re trying to get that changed because our address has been and still is 140 Crosby Road in Dover. Also, please note that our new starting pay rate for Production Operator 1 is $18 per hour.
