Position Overview

The Operator 2 – Spray Tractor plays a vital role in keeping our crops healthy and productive. This position is responsible for operating tractors, applying crop protection chemicals and fertilizers, and ensuring proper recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure safety and performance.
Load and transport filled chemical tanks as needed.
Apply crop protection sprays, compost, and fertilizers.
Record chemical applications in the Trimble system to communicate safe re-entry dates.
Follow all company policies and food safety requirements.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

✅ Qualifications

Minimum 3 months of agriculture experience, preferably with chemical application knowledge.
At least 2 years of tractor operating experience with implements.
Must be 18+ years old.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Work Environment

Operate tractors for extended periods of time.
Squat, crouch, and reach as needed to enter/exit tractors or adjust equipment.
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Work in outdoor conditions, including heat and cold. ❄
Comfortable with hands-on, active work.
