Operator Assistant (Fin Operator Assistant)Pay:$17.00 $18.00 per hour(DOE)Location:Tulsa, OK 74127Shift:Monday Thursday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM(4-Day Workweek | 30-Minute Lunch)Job Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:126304Position OverviewStand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Operator Assistant to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position works alongside experienced machine operators, assisting with machine loading, material handling, and production support while learning the skills necessary to advance into a machine operator role.This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.Required Experience & Skills Strong mechanical aptitude or previous hands-on experience Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to follow directions and work effectively with production teams Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Interest in long-term career development and advancementEssential Duties & Responsibilities Assist machine operators with loading, monitoring, and unloading production equipment Rotate between multiple production machines to support manufacturing operations Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed Supply materials and components to production areas to keep operations running efficiently Monitor production activities and report equipment or material issues to operators or supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Learn machine setup, operation, and production processes with the goal of advancing into an operator position Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements Perform additional production and warehouse support duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience Experience working around industrial machinery or mechanical equipment Forklift or material handling experience is a plus Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring equipmentPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift Ability to safely work around production equipment and moving machinery while wearing required PPE Comfortable working in a physically active manufacturing environmentWork Environment Industrial manufacturing facility Fast-paced production environment supporting multiple machines and manufacturing processes Exposure to production equipment, material handling operations, and warehouse activities Team-oriented workplace focused on safety, productivity, and employee developmentWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay of $17.00 $18.00/hour based on experience Convenient four-day workweek with Monday Thursday schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Weekly pay Excellent opportunity to develop machine operation skills and advance into higher-level manufacturing positions Supportive team environment with ongoing training and career growth opportunitiesReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
