Senior GFT Relief Operator

In this role, you will support our capsule manufacturing operations by preparing gelatin feed tanks and serving as a key back‑up resource across GFT operations. You will help keep production running smoothly, support your colleagues, and contribute to a high‑performing, collaborative team.

What you will do

• Prepare gelatin feed tanks to support Hard Capsule Machines (HCM).
• Perform all GFT operator responsibilities and provide on‑the‑job training for new colleagues.
• Support daily activities in Gel Melt and Dye Prep areas.
• Manage trim recycling and tank pulling processes.
• Maintain production records in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Complete housekeeping duties, including cleaning equipment and floors at the end of each shift.

What we are looking for

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of the required color‑vision test.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work various schedules and support multiple roles as needed.
• Strong collaboration and leadership qualities, with the ability to backfill the Shift Leader when required.
