Job Title: Operator II_MN ONLY

Location: Plymouth, MN

Pay: Competitive

Job Summary

Responsible for assembling and producing high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell team environment.
Involves detailed assembly, equipment operation, inspection, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
Work is performed in a controlled cleanroom setting and closely supervised to ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble medical devices and related components following standardized procedures.
Perform electronic, mechanical, casting/coating, and packaging operations as assigned.
Operate equipment and machinery used in device production.
Use microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering tools, adhesives, and precision instruments.
Conduct visual inspections and precision measurements on components and finished assemblies.
Perform testing using computerized test equipment.
Repair and rework devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools.
Clean tools and equipment per documented procedures.
Dispose of hazardous waste in designated areas according to safety guidelines.
Ensure accurate packaging and completion of required documentation.
Prioritize tasks effectively and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

High school diploma (required).
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
Ability to read and comprehend at a 7th-grade level.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to follow written procedures and work in a team-based environment.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom and regulated manufacturing setting.
