The Operator II is responsible for the internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. This includes inventory counts as well as third party warehousing. Logistics will analyze and coordinate the logistical functions of a firm or organization. Responsible for the internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. This includes inventory counts as well as third party warehousing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the transportation of goods and supplies following established procedures to ensure on-time delivery of goods and supplies.

  • Deliver basic warehouse and store tasks under supervision to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded in line with agreed procedures.

  • Perform basic inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality, and availability against records following established inventory control procedures.

  • Operate basic equipment and machines, and carry out routine tasks. Involves following strict, detailed instructions.

  • Input content into standard templates. Also take responsibility for collecting materials and photocopying them.

  • Coordinate the delivery of routine warehouse and store tasks to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded following established procedures.

  • Complete routine packaging tasks and assist others by following established procedures.

  • Coordinate shipments to and from third party warehousing.

  • Prepare routine shipments from start to finish with little oversight.

  • Once given the task must be self motivated to finsh 24 hours before deadline unless otherwise approved by managment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma and 3 years experience.

  • Understanding and executing straightforward processes.

  • Independently using office equipment and software, while providing technical guidance.

  • Clear verbal skills and technical guidance in expressing ideas and formulating plans.

  • Performing mathematical operations and report analysis with some guidance.

  • Planning, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to meet objectives with occasional guidance.

  • Speaking clearly and compellingly with some guidance.
