OPS Digital Marketing Assistant
Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is excited to announce part-time opportunities for the position of OPS Digital Marketing Assistant with the Integrated Marketing Department.
We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace community.
What You'll Do
The Digital Marketing Assistant supports website management and digital marketing efforts, including daily website quality checks and content updates to help promote enrollment and maintain accuracy.
Key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining website quality assurance through daily checks and content-based projects.
Assisting with front and backend website management tasks and digital marketing assignments.
Supporting enrollment growth, brand awareness and accuracy, as well as departmental and institutional priorities.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- 20 hours per week, varied hours between 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in web and/or digital marketing is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn a content management system (CMS).
Strong communication and organization skills, attention to detail, and professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to multitask and handle fast paced office environments.
