With delivery centers and offices across North America and India, we take pride in building long-term relationships and delivering excellence through innovation, collaboration, and integrity.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Ops Specialist Trade Processing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in trade processing, cash management, and reconciliation, and a proven ability to ensure accurate and timely trade accounting and issue resolution across securities operations.Responsibilities:Ensure all trades, both straight-through and manual, are properly accounted for in the accounting system.Reconcile trades between order management systems and trade processing systems.Review trade issue reports and resolve price deviations with appropriate parties.Manage trading of daily cash flows with investment companies, including trade confirmation oversight.Coordinate cash raises for fund portfolios to meet expense payments such as management fees.Coordinate reallocation events to ensure portfolios align with target allocations.Provide cash projections to clients and customers using appropriate resources.Ensure systemic feeds and manual adjustments are recorded accurately for timely cash projection reporting.Communicate professionally to ensure proper trade entry and accountability while minimizing risk and exposure.Contribute to a collaborative team environment within Trade Processing.Required Skills & Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.Demonstrated PC proficiency and familiarity with trade and accounting systems.Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve problems.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Effective time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a team environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with order management and trade processing platforms.Background in mutual fund or 529 plan administration and cash forecasting.Role LogisticsSchedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days remote.Hours: 40 hours per week.Term: 6 months.
