Full-time Position:
- Expected hours: 40 per week.
- Must be available and flexible to work Monday-Wednesday & Friday-Saturday (some Thursdays).
- Comprehensive paid training is provided - no prior experience required.

- Patient triage & Health history.
- Reviewing patient health forms.
- Patient documentation/charting for medical records.
- Pre-testing & Diagnostic Imaging/Screenings.
- Supporting Clinical workflow.
- Contact lens training.
- Patient education.
- Team coordination & communication.
- Overseeing clinical supplies.
- Patient check-in.
- Insurance eligibility verification & claims.
- Patient recalls and scheduling.
- Glasses & Contact Lens ordering.
- Boutique sales.
- Eyewear dispensing.
- Minor eyewear repairs.
