Are you an experienced Operating Room Nurse looking for your next travel adventure? Do you excel in high-pressure environments and thrive in a Level I trauma center? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated OR nurse to join their team in Des Moines, IA, where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a diverse range of surgical cases.

As a vital member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care in the operating room. You will have the opportunity to scrub and circulate in a variety of cases, including general surgery, robotics, pediatrics, and trauma. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining efficiency and safety during procedures.Need 2 years experience in settingExperience in circulating and operating room requiredScrub experience highly preferredExperience with General, DaVinci Robotics, Pediatrics, and Trauma cases requiredAdditional experience in Neurology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Urology, Transplants, Plastics, ENT, and Vascular preferredEPIC electronic medical systems experience within the previous 3 years requiredTrauma Level II experience required; Level I experience highly preferredMust have completed a travel assignment within the previous 15 monthsActive Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission requiredAHA/ARC BLS certification requiredCOVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
