Job Description
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an OR RN Manager to work at a facility in Hermiston, OR. These are registry positions with our company.Pay Rate: $115.09 / hour Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year previous working experience as an OR RN Manager
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
- Must have up to date credentials in the state of OR
- Supervise and manage nursing staff in the operating room
- Schedule and assign nursing and OR personnel
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
- Monitor patient care and surgical procedures
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff
- Handle staffing issues, performance evaluations, and training
- Maintain inventory of surgical supplies and equipment
- Oversee documentation and patient records
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
- Resolve conflicts and support staff development
