We are seeking dedicated OR Techs to support our Surgical Services team, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in a variety of complex surgical procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals committed to excellence.Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of surgical technologist experience in a demanding clinical setting
• Proven expertise in Neurosurgery, Spine, Orthopedics, and Complex General Surgery, including Bariatric surgeries
• Prior experience in Level I Trauma, Neuro, ENT, GU, Plastics, or Burns preferred
• Certification: BCLS certification is mandatory; EPIC proficiency preferred
• Excellent knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and aseptic techniques
• Ability to work effectively in variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with call responsibilities from 2100 to 0630 during weekdays and longer shifts on weekends and holidays
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior travel experience in surgical technology settings
• Experience with EPIC surgical systems
• Familiarity with hospital parking permits and access processes

Preferred Education and Experience

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST or equivalent) preferred
• At least 3 years of direct surgical tech experience in a hospital setting, with exposure to high-acuity cases and trauma surgeries

Other Requirements

• Availability to work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on unit needs
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary hospital and parking permits
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage
• Compliance with all health and safety regulations, including BLS certification
