We are currently hiring a skilled OR Tech / Surgical Tech to support our Surgical Services team. This vital role involves assisting surgical teams during procedures, ensuring optimal operating room function, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. • Certification as a Surgical Technician (CST) or equivalent.
• Proven experience assisting in operating rooms and surgical procedures.
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques, instrumentation, and surgical equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations related to surgical environments.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with specialized surgical procedures or advanced instrumentation.
• BLS or ACLS certification.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving surgical protocols and technologies.
• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient surgical center.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• At least 2 years of operating room support experience.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Other Requirements:

• Must hold valid certification and licensure relevant to surgical technology.
• Willingness to work a day shift, 3 days a week, 12-hour hours (06:30 - 19:00).
• Availability to start on or around 05/10/2026.
• Additional reimbursements for travel, certification, licensure, and other relevant expenses when applicable.
• Submit RTO requests for managerial approval prior to processing the contract; contract and leave requests must be approved before start.
