Oracle Cloud R2R Support (Fixed Assets / Lease Accounting) Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)Job Type: ContractJob ID: DLTJP00054371 | DELO-24187Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud R2R Support Consultant with strong expertise in Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting to provide L2/L3 production support.This role focuses on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of production support processes, ensuring stability and efficiency in financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support (L2/L3)

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting
• Perform incident triage, defect resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Prevent recurring issues through proactive monitoring and fixes

Financial Close Support

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Handle postings, reconciliations, and accounting validations
• Coordinate with Finance and IT teams for issue resolution

Functional Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot:
  • Asset lifecycle (additions, adjustments, retirements)
  • Depreciation processes
  • Lease schedules, remeasurements, and terminations
• Analyze downstream accounting and integration impacts

Integrations & Data Management

• Monitor and support integrations (FBDI, APIs, OIC, middleware)
• Handle batch jobs, error resolution, and reprocessing
• Ensure data integrity across systems

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles
• Support minor enhancements and controlled production changes
• Improve monitoring and support processes

Release & Upgrade Support

• Support Oracle quarterly updates
• Perform impact analysis and regression testing coordination
• Validate production readiness post-updates

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials / ERP Cloud
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Fixed Assets
  • Lease Accounting
• Experience in L2/L3 production support
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL-based support experience
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow or Jira
• Exposure to OTBI / BI Publisher for validation
