JOB Description :-

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle DBA & Multi-Platform Administrator to become part of our dynamic team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This exceptional opportunity enables you to apply your technical knowledge to manage and support enterprise business systems in a fast-changing environment. You will have a vital role in maintaining seamless database performance and security while working closely with diverse teams to deliver world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oracle DBA Duties:

Implement, adjust, and maintain Oracle databases for EBS 11.5.10.2, R12, and Fusion Applications, Epicor, Syteline, Navision, Cipher, Velocity, along with other non-ERP systems

  1. Perform upgrades, patches, cloning, and migrations across environments

Handle Oracle WebLogic/FMW, OEM, RMAN, RAC, and performance tuning

  1. Implement and maintain security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies

Support integrations with OCI (IAAS, PAAS, DBAAS, SAAS) and AWS as needed

  1. Expertise in migrating, maintaining, and supporting the AWS hosted environment

Ensure hosted environments (ERPs and non-ERPs) are aligned with security and risk logs

  • ERP Administration:

Coordinate Oracle EBS and Epicor ERP systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

  1. Manage Infor SyteLine servers, ensuring uptime, patching, and database integrity
  • Management of SQL Server databases:

Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases

  1. Carry out backups, restores, and optimize performance for SQL environments
  • Cross-Platform Support:

Collaborate with application teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle, Epicor, SyteLine, and SQL systems

  1. Provide technical support for production and non-production environments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Oracle Expertise:

Demonstrated experience in Oracle DBA duties for EBS 11.5.10.2, R12, and Fusion Applications

  1. Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic, FMW, SOA, and Identity Management

Skilled in RMAN, RAC, OEM, SQL, PL/SQL, and optimizing performance

  • Database Platforms:

Demonstrated experience in Microsoft SQL Server administration and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud migration and provisioning
  • Knowledge of HA/DR solutions (Data Guard, GoldenGate)
  • Exposure to AWS and virtualization technologies

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle DBA and multi-platform administration roles
