Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Oracle Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, Learning, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM implementations, configuration, administration, integrations, customization, workflows, quarterly patch validation, and full project lifecycle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including ORC, Talent, and Learning modules.
- Configure and administer Oracle HCM, ORC, and Talent across multiple regions and countries.
- Develop inbound and outbound file- and API-based integrations for Oracle HCM.
- Consume Oracle-delivered APIs and integrate them with enterprise applications.
- Perform impact analysis and validation for Oracle HCM quarterly patches.
- Develop and manage customizations including DFF, EFF, reports, concurrent programs, value sets, form functions, and functional setups.
- Develop, implement, and customize Oracle workflows.
- Work with Oracle Journeys.
- Manage Oracle SRs for issue resolution, escalation, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in Agile and Waterfall methodologies throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions and fit-gap analysis.
- Work with the Oracle Redwood Design System.
- Support security implementation, provisioning, and access-related issues.
- Participate in code deployment automation and release processes.
