Position: Oracle Fusion ERP Security Consultant (RMC / IAM / OCI) Location: Remote + Travel (25% to EST/CST) Duration: 6 Months Contract Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP Security Consultant with deep expertise in role-based access control and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- This role requires end-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Fusion ERP security, combined with at least one additional capability in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Risk & Controls (RMC), or Cloud Security (OCI/PaaS).
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on practitioner, not an architect, who can actively configure, implement, and support security across ERP and integrated environments.

- Experience configuring security directly in Oracle Fusion
- Must have designed and implemented SoD controls
- Ability to apply SoD across:
- ERP roles
- IAM / Cloud roles (preferred)
- Experience with tools like:
- SailPoint
- Okta / Azure AD (less preferred but acceptable)
- SSO integration
- User provisioning & lifecycle management
- Identity migrations
- Oracle Risk Management Cloud
- Access certifications
- Control libraries
- Business process controls
- SOX / audit compliance
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- PaaS security (OIC, integrations, etc.)
- IAM within OCI
- Cloud security policies and access controls
