POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Oracle Fusion HCM / Payroll Functional Lead is responsible for the successful modernization of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll functions within Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational continuity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead discovery and process redesign for HCM and payroll
Configure Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules
Coordinate payroll-related integrations and data migration
Support testing and payroll validation cycles
Provide hypercare support for payroll-critical activities
Ensure payroll stability during go-live and post-go-live

REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of experience working with HCM/payroll
Extensive Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll experience
Experience supporting payroll in large public-sector environments
Strong understanding of payroll controls and compliance
Proven ability to manage payroll go-live risk
Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization
