Job Description

Job Title : Oracle HCM Talent Acquisition & Management Lead

Location : New York, NY 10041

Duration : 2-3 Months (High possibility of Extension)

Required Education :

Bachelor’s Degree

Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Talent Management and/or Recruiting strongly preferred.

Shift Details : Monday – Friday | 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Job Description:

· NYC Health + Hospitals (NYC H + H) is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Talent Acquisition & Management Lead to drive the end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Talent Management at one of the largest public health systems in the United States.

· Lead design workshops with HR and talent acquisition stakeholders to define end-to-end Recruiting and Talent Management processes, translating business requirements into robust Oracle HCM configurations while adhering to best practice.

· Familiarity with PeopleSoft legacy recruiting and position data for migration and cross-reference during Oracle cutover.

Experience implementing Redwood Pages and using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) is a strong differentiator.
