Job Description
Job Title: Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) Architect Type of Engagement: 6+ weeks contract with possible extensions Work Location: Remote EST (may consider CST) Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) implementation experience Has led configuration / development teams ensuring adherence to best practices in design and development for performance, maintenance, and reusability Deep expertise in AsCode product configuration, including plans, segments, benefits, riders, fees, rates, and events Proven ability to translate product and actuarial requirements into scalable, maintainable OIPA configurations Strong understanding of policy lifecycle, transaction processing, effective dating, and reversals Extensive experience designing and governing OIPA integration architectures (REST/SOAP, real-time, batch, event-driven) Hands-on integration experience with eApp, Illustration, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, GL, Reinsurance, and data platforms Demonstrated architectural judgment on configure vs. customize decisions Experience defining configuration standards, reusable patterns, and governance models Strong insurance domain knowledge (Life and/or Annuity products, regulatory considerations) Ability to operate independently as a senior consultant / architect, engaging effectively with executives, delivery teams, and SI partners Job Requisition # 40063 #LI-DK1 A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $100.00 - $105.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
