Job Description

Job Summary (List Format):

  • Provide Level 3 production support for cloud-based Order Management applications and integrations.
  • Support end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) business processes, including order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and data issues.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Order Management, ERP, WMS, and external partner systems.
  • Configure business rules, orchestration processes, fulfillment flows, and exception handling.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable cloud-based solutions.
  • Monitor application health, system performance, and transaction processing.
  • Work with Oracle EBS (Apps Technical, OTM/GTM, SCM) and Workday Order Management.
  • Hybrid work mode: 3 days onsite at Research Triangle Park, NC; 6-month contract.
