Summary:
Onset Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to support enterprise project management initiatives involving Oracle Fusion. This role will focus on project roadmapping, data mapping, user story development, and standard project management duties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Oracle Fusion implementations and possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Oracle Fusion project initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise project management standards and organizational goals.
- Assist in project roadmapping and planning, including defining milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to perform data mapping and integration planning.
- Support creation, refinement, and prioritization of user stories and functional requirements.
- Track project progress, risks, and issues, providing timely updates and executive-level reporting as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.
- Apply project management methodologies to standardize processes and improve overall project execution.
- Support additional PM duties as assigned, including status reporting, documentation, and governance compliance.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience managing Oracle Fusion projects or implementations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise project management practices, project roadmapping, and data mapping.
- Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders on project requirements and user stories.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in North Houston, TX.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud modules such as ERP, HCM, or SCM.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools for user story management.
- Prior contract-to-hire experience and adaptability to dynamic project needs.
