Job Description

About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud professional to join our team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud modules to optimize business processes, lead implementations, and drive successful cloud migrations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Oracle SCM Cloud modules including Planning, Demand Management, and Backlog Management
Lead migration projects from On-Prem EBS to Oracle Cloud
Design and optimize Demantra configurations (Series, Worksheets, Levels, Engine Tuning)
Develop and maintain Cloud Analytical Reports
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide post-go-live support
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align system capabilities with operational needs
Drive process improvements and optimization strategies
Manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud (Planning, Demand Management)
Strong techno-functional expertise in ASCP, Order Management, BOM, and Purchasing
Proven experience with Demantra configurations and On-Prem EBS Supply Chain
Successful track record in Cloud migration projects (On-Prem to Cloud)
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

Preferred Skills:

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
Experience working in [specific industry, if applicable]
